EHS Green Leaf Consultancy founded in 2007 by Henk Paxton

EHS Green Leaf Consultancy implements and / or assists in various management systems (occupational health & safety, environment, skills development, employment equity and quality) which include design, development, implementation, audit and maintenance.

We strive to maintain, implement and execute legal compliance with regards to the OHSact, Environmental Legislation and ISO Standards.

Strategic Skills Development

We act as your company's dedicated Skills Development Facilitator (SDF). We manage your entire skills portfolio, from compiling and submitting your annual Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) to liaising with the relevant SETA and ensuring you maximise your mandatory grant returns.

Construction H&S Management

We ensure your construction project is fully compliant and safe. As your registered SACPCMP Client Agent, we take on the legal responsibility of managing site health and safety, compiling H&S specifications, and auditing contractor safety files to mitigate risk from start to finish.
